As of now, USPS is no longer accepting shipments going to the following countries:

  • Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Myanmar, Niue, Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen

All orders addressed to mentioned countries will be refunded and canceled!

Please be aware of the VAT fees you will pay when receiving your package. If you'd like to pay the fees upfront at checkout, shop at my Etsy store yangioh.etsy.com

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
When purchasing items listed as pre-order, you acknowledge that your order will not be shipped out immediately.

Orders containing both a pre-order and non-preorder item will be shipped together at the expected date listed under the pre-order item. 

If you'd like a non-preorder item early, please make separate purchases.

Refunds & Cancels

My order is damaged/incorrect, what do I do?

  • Orders damaged during shipment can be replaced at no extra cost! Email me at [email protected] with your order number and a picture of the damaged item.
  • Other than incorrect/defective/damaged items, refunds are not accepted after the order has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

  • If your order has not been shipped, I can cancel your order. Contact me through the contact page with a "Cancel order" subject line so I can get to it immediately.
  • I cannot cancel any preorders once the preorder period for that product is over.

Shipping & Processing

How long does shipping take?

  • Domestic: 2-10 business days
  • International: May vary from 2-8 weeks
How long does it take for you to process orders?
  • As I'm still a student along with having to produce the items myself, I have a processing time of up to 1 week. Thank you for your patience!

I really need this item by a certain date. What should I do?

  • If you really need an order shipped ASAP, leave a note and I will do my best to accommodate, however, I cannot make any promises or guarantees.

What if I entered the wrong address?

  • If the order has not been shipped yet, no worries, just contact me through the contact page with the subject "address change", then put your order number and updated address ASAP!
  • If the order has already been shipped, I unfortunately cannot refund you.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order, as I will not be responsible for any errors made on the addresses provided to me.

Is there tracking? How do I check it?

  • By default, orders containing larger prints, keychains, or pins will all have tracking.
  • Orders with ONLY stickers or small prints will be shipped via stamped mail with NO tracking to decrease shipping costs. However, you can upgrade to tracked shipping with one of the shipping upgrade listings.
  • All orders with tracking will be sent an email containing the tracking number!
